Has failed to log in with Sendwave ihave tried many times to log in but I cant. Have used Sendwave for over five years

My sister did not receive the money that I sent her
My sister's SIM card is blocked, so she cannot get the money, but the money was delivered from my end and taken from my account.

The past and tried to use it recently with no success.

My experience was not good I don't like it because I'm not going to let anybody know the usual website ever again I just need my refund back how can I get that back
I need my full roofs for him back and I need to talk to someone now.
My money has not reached my account, and I'm tired of waiting. I keep saying the process; I sent over the receipt and my copy of my ID. What can I do to you guys cuz it ain't no suggestion I'm not changing it
