I tried sending $20,000 to Nigeria and $12.74 was deducted from my account, but the money was not delivered. I called you guys but got no response. This is not encouraging for a new customer to this money transfer application.

Have a terrible experience sending money with the students in Philippines we have few students sponsored by Saving souls foundation LLC. And this is a new company that I make to support student have a few customer service representatives thats very helpful like Karl/anthony not really sure the name.
But the other two person is so bad like Maria and the manager Roy Id number 1273****, suppost to be these guys will help to facilitate in solving the problem, the recipient Adventist medical center college-and Dipolog medical center inc. told me they dont have problem receiving international remittances and send wave told me too they dont have problem in theyre end, so where is the problem then? These two person that I talked theyre not very welcoming I was so pissed and disappointed. He told me Im not really sure if I can solve the problem man that manager doesnt have a good characteristics as a manager.
The way he told me I dont see his willingness to find solutions not even investigating yet.
Suppost to do something first before he would say those negative words, Very disappointing . ..

Every time I try to call, it rings and hangs up. Is the number the correct number?
Or is there another number that I can call? I really need help here, getting my card linked.
Every time I try to link the card, it gives me an error message. It won't let me link any of my debit or bank cards.

I sent money and it still processing since 9/12/24. It usually goes right through to delivered.
This happened once before and it took days to cancel so I could resend.
I sent an email also to request an immediate cancelation. But I haven't received a response
I sent money to my family member and still is on hold
Your company is worst to do business with so please change your system to the customer service thanks any feedback is highly appreciated
