The money transfers did not arrive at the destinations. 550 was sent to Paluku George in Congo but was not delivered.
It was sent on 8/10/2024 and was canceled by Sendwave on 12/10/2024.
I received a message about the cancellation, informing me to wait for a refund, but as of today, I have received nothing in my account. How can I get help from the company, Sendwave?

Excellent respond once I had an agent . It was quick and very professional. The chat was a waste of time . Customers prefer to correspond with a alife agent not chats
Excellent service with an agent on the phone . She was efficient cordial and my issues were resolved quickly .
I donot recommend chats correspondence when it comes to issues where they cannot advise . Thank I am satisfied

Well it was my first time of experiencing such from sendwave but I've been told by one of the agent on customer live chat that the problem is not from them is from my back so I have to wait between 5 to 10 business working days before my bank will refund me back the money to my debit card so I have waiting till then..

Yes i don't use this, but ny account was hacked somehow to make purchases from here and i want to cancel the transactions and get the money back in my account
I NEED HELP FOR MY TRANSFER
Good evening, my name is kettcia Germil, I made a transfer on 08/08/24 to Amos Sanon, on my cash account it was not expanded, he has a lot of difficulty to expand the account, he can't take the money. I got in touch with my bank, they refunded me the money, we told the bank the name of the person who took the money, please I would like you to show me how the person withdrew the money.

Im just trying to get some help from Sendwave. Ive had an account but havent used it for a while.
As many times as Ive tried to login different ways, it says there is an error and that someone already has the account. I just need help being able to login to send money thank you, Nancy.

I sent money to my kids in Nigeria. My bank released the money, but my kids have not received it.
SendWave needs to improve their system. If not, please send my money back so I can find another way to send it because my kids need to start school.

When I make call there is no one answering. The chat messages are just repeating me on the same thing.

They are slow in communication especially when there is issues with their systems
I transferred funds to Kenya on 9/23/24 at around 3:40 pm. To date, the Sendwave app is just showing 'PROCESSING'. Your customer care number isn't working, and there has been no communication from your end.

Because on money transfer it asks me to upload ID
It's asking me to upload my ID before I can transfer money is this a new rule. I have been with sendwave for many years I feel like I'm being scammed please let explain it to me I have never had problems sending money to Ghana period.
