I answered your requirement. I have called Hanniler; she did not receive any communication from you. I have no control over that. I just want my money back.
Don't give me a hard time. This is turning out to be a very bad experience.

They sent me an email that they have canceled the transaction and that money will be returned to me. I never received it. At least after 11 days no refund received.
The transfer is stuck as pending and I cant cancel it.
I also used my debit card to send $200 to someone, but the recipient was blocked from collecting because local partner demanded details about their last transaction which they couldnt remember since they hadnt received money in a long time. The money was never delivered, and no refund was issued.
In total, I lost $700 through Wave scam
To make things worse, their support services dont exist:
Phone support: doesnt work.
Chat support: useless; they said processing and then closed the chat with no resolution.
Email support: all emails bounce back as undeliverable.
This company takes your money, fails to deliver, and provides no way to get help. Worst experience ever.
If they are not a scam, they will reach out to resolve and I will update this review. If this is here, then they are still a scam.
