I was aimlessly pushed around without an answer to my questions. Your agent was terribly unhelpful, unprofessional, and arrogant, lacking the requisite patience to deal with aggrieved customers.

Frustrating! Worse still is that your so-called customer service is not readily available to customers.

Sad! I really don't feel okay calling your so-called customer support when I have an issue.

Just give you time to wait don't believe that!!! Because never truth it say agent will be chat to me or talk shortly but NO!

You probably wait 1 hour 2 hour or more for sure!!! The customer service experience is not good! Until now what happening to me I'm still waiting more than 1 hour and nothing ! And my family need that money!

Because the money I send still processing I don't know why!!! .

Have a terrible experience sending money with the students in Philippines we have few students sponsored by Saving souls foundation LLC. And this is a new company that I make to support student have a few customer service representatives thats very helpful like Karl/anthony not really sure the name.

But the other two person is so bad like Maria and the manager Roy Id number 1273****, suppost to be these guys will help to facilitate in solving the problem, the recipient Adventist medical center college-and Dipolog medical center inc. told me they dont have problem receiving international remittances and send wave told me too they dont have problem in theyre end, so where is the problem then? These two person that I talked theyre not very welcoming I was so pissed and disappointed. He told me Im not really sure if I can solve the problem man that manager doesnt have a good characteristics as a manager.

The way he told me I dont see his willingness to find solutions not even investigating yet.

Suppost to do something first before he would say those negative words, Very disappointing . ..
