No response to my claim and reques
I have seen some money sent to one person from my send wave account to some one I did no do. I want to claim or follwo up .
Why was it paid to the person and who made the payment from my account by visa card. I need urgent help.
User's recommendation: its dangerous to use your vias card to be sending money to love ones and families, by send wave. I am a victim and my problem has not bee addressed

I have not been able to use anyway for several days. It has me locked out
I was told that the reason why I was locked out was because I needed to upgrade the system. If that's the case I should have received notification. And if you sent notification I can't remember when where or what time are going.

I want to cancel the Mon Cash transaction because I touched the wrong transfer account. I was supposed to send it to Uni Transfer. Please cancel the Mon Cash and send the money back to my account because this person's number does not have a Mon Cash account.

I never got my watch this chiness peoples are so criminal but t there no poblem I report by justice and police *** China 7 weeks my package donsent arrive and no paper in my letter box to take and go find my goods
After I revive message with France number telling my that package was delivered.

My reason is I sent the money for the wrong number the person did sent it he said he no longer use the number

Sendwave does not have any customer service. They have one phone number that is inoperative and the other has a recorded message that says "We are sorry but we are unable to assist you at this time" no matter when you call. I do not recommend this App.
I joined Sendwave the day before Christmas to send money to my son in Ghana, thinking it would be faster and secure. I'm still waiting for my account to be verified after a whole week.
There's no customer service.
The telephone number does not work and the robot chat just gives prewritten answers. I'm very unhappy with this company!
