Customer service is such they not a good company at all very bad experience I want everyone to stop sending money from this company
Anyway you guys need to do better not answering the phones keep the money for 5 to 10 business days is recommended

I was aimlessly pushed around without an answer to my questions. Your agent was terribly unhelpful, unprofessional, and arrogant, lacking the requisite patience to deal with aggrieved customers.
Frustrating! Worse still is that your so-called customer service is not readily available to customers.
Sad! I really don't feel okay calling your so-called customer support when I have an issue.

- Difficult to solve customer concerns
- Very poor and always not available customer service
