I tried to call them to send money I want to change the number but they hung up the phone

When I call back they wouldn't answer

I transferred funds to Kenya on 9/23/24 at around 3:40 pm. To date, the Sendwave app is just showing 'PROCESSING'. Your customer care number isn't working, and there has been no communication from your end.

I have been using Sendwave to send money to the Philippines for some time. I transferred the app to another phone and had to start all over again.

When I began to send money, I was told that my account is being reviewed. That was more than a week ago, and until now I still cannot send money because you are still reviewing my account. How long do you guys take to review an account?

One year? I am upset with you guys; your customer service is unsatisfactory (basura!!!)

I am not ready to write a review now, because I am busy at work. But, I will write a review after I finish with work.

In fact, I find send money through Sendwave faster and secure compared to other means of sending money to other people.

I have been sending money to my family members and relatives for decades using other companies. But, I found that sending money through Sendwave is more easier, faster and secure.

Your system logged me out and I tried to get in but didn't succeed. I have been trying to call customer service and nobody is available to help.

I recently changed my phone number and have been trying to log into my account, but it won't let me. I have tried resetting my password, but it's still not working. I forgot my password.

Someone opened a fake account in my name and l want it canceled a.s.a.p my name is Annette Schrank please send me a text when this is done annetteschrank@***.com the person who wanted info said he was from Canadian tire bank and someone charged my account $742 $863 and $999 which he needed all my info in order to stop it his name was Anthony phone number was 778-717-****

Nothing happened. Nobody answered the customer service line when I called and very disappointed. I have been sending money to the Philippines and this is the first time to heard that the recipient needs to pay to pick up the cash even though I send it through Gcash.

This will be the last time I send money through Sendwave. If the money doesn't reach the receiver, as has happened previously, and I don't get a refund, please fix this issue or risk losing the customer for good.

We had a fruitful conversation with the person who received my call,unfortunately,my issue is still unresolved,the money I sent to Kenya on 1/1/2025 is still pending yet the amount was deducted from my account,please cancel the transaction and refund the amount to my account

I'm always sending money to my family in Africa this is never happened to me I don't know what is going on the money is not in my account and my family did not got the money I wanted to know what is going on and no body pick up phone
